Hi, I’m Cindy Kennedy. Mum of 2, wife of 1, and gluten-free menu planner to many!

I abandoned my previous life as a cupcake and macaron baker to become a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner when my youngest daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s.

As you can imagine, her diagnosis was life changing for us as a family. Luckily, I was able to combine my two passions of cooking and science to forge a new lifestyle for us. Not only did we see her health improve beyond even her Paediatrician’s wildest dreams, but I soon discovered just how many other families were going through the same thing as us, with the same struggles.

My passion now, is to combine my personal experience with my professional knowledge to make transitioning to a gluten & dairy-free lifestyle easy (and delicious) for you and your family.

How can I help, I hear you ask?

Well, after writing and testing my own gluten, dairy & soy-free recipes, and passing them on to private clients in my Nutrition Practice,I realised that there are lots of other families who would enjoy them, and lots of Mums who’d love having all the hard workof figuring out what to cook for dinner every night done for them!

So, I created Fuss-free Gluten-free to share the love with you!
