quinoa
rinsed well and drained

firmly packed, roughly chopped

seeds removed and diced

Instructions
Bring 1 litre of water to the boil in a pot and add the drained quinoa.
Cook for 15 minutes, then drain well.
Cool to room temperature.
Combine cooled quinoa and remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine thoroughly.
