Cashew Cream - Savoury

Ingredients

  • 330 g Raw Cashews
  • 1 litre cold water
  • 220 ml cold water extra
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews overnight in the litre of water.
  • The next day, drain them, rinse them well and drain again.
  • Blend the soaked cashews, yeast flakes, lemon juice and the extra water together until smooth.
