hazelnuts

vanilla extract

rice bran syrup
or honey

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180oC and place the hazelnuts in a single layer on an oven tray
Bake the hazelnuts for around 10 minutes until the skins become loose and papery.
Tip the hazelnuts into a clean tea towel on the bench and rub them gently to remove the skins.
Place the peeled hazelnuts and all remaining ingredients into a blender, food processor or thermomix and blend on high speed until smooth.
Place in an air tight jar.
