Ingredients

  • 750 g squid hoods cleaned

Marinade

  • 2 tsp ginger, fresh grated
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  • Combine marinade ingredients and mix well.
  • Add squid and turn to coat.
  • Marinate for 1-2 hours
  • BBQ on a preheated grill on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes each side.
