500gchicken thigh filletscut into bite sized pieces
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/4cupBesanchickpea/garbanzo bean flour or your favourite gluten-free flour
olive oil spray
Instructions
Sprinkle the garlic and onion powder over the chicken and mix well. Sit for 10 minutes in the fridge (if you have time)
Dust chicken pieces in besan.
Place on a baking paper lined tray (or just grease a tray, but it's less washing up if you use baking paper) and spray generously with the olive oil spray.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200oC / 390oF for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
