Is Gluten-free making you Fun-free?

Is it making you tired, stressed and broke?

Do your kids hate everything you cook for them?

Are you completely and utterly over it?

u

Have you had enough?

Have you had enough of those 20-something year-old fitness bloggers in their skimpy activewear who obviously don’t have to feed kids? Their recipes are super full of superfoods which might be super for you, but there’s no way your kids (or husband) are going to drink a kale smoothie!

s

Not to mention...

Not to mention how expensive a lot of their ingredients are! Sure you’d love to live on avocados and wild-caught salmon (not that your kids would touch it, mind you!), but family budgets just don’t stretch that far.

M

Or how about all the celebrity chefs?

How do rate in the kitchen compared to those celebrity chefs with their fancy techniques that require Masterchef skills, expensive appliances, and a whole team of sous chefs to make it a reality?

Just imagine…

What if you could forget the superfood fads that no-one will eat,

and instead whip up real food,

made with simple ingredients,

with the cooking skills that you actually have?

Good News!

Now you can!

Healthy eating is not about green smoothies and superfoods prepared by a Masterchef on an organic farm in the middle of nowhere.

It’s good, honest real food made with simple ingredients, prepared by Mums like us who live in the real world.

I’m Cindy Kennedy, award-winning author of Help! My Child Has Hashimoto’s.  I live and breathe the gluten, dairy and soy-free lifestyle. Having run a cake business in a previous life, I’m obsessed with finding not only healthy, but super tasty gluten, dairy & soy-free options not just for my family, but for my clients too, because let’s face it, who wants to live a lonely life of spinach and spirulina!

We began our journey into gluten, dairy & soy-free living 5 years ago, when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. At first, I felt completely overwhelmed. Just like everyone else, I’d grown up on cereal for brekkie, sandwiches for lunch and pasta for dinner. So what was left to eat?

Pinterest is great, but who has time to trawl through that every night, and converting recipes was a nightmare in the early days until I figured out all the tricks of the trade.

Now it’s my turn to share all the hacks I’ve learned with you, so make sure you get a head start by grabbing a copy of my free Breakfast cookbook and you’ll be whipping up delights like chocolate mousse (I promise it’s quick, easy AND healthy!!) for brekkie in no time!
