Consultations

Consultations with Cindy are available in the comfort of your own home,

or as a tele-health consultation online for those who live outside of the Grafton area.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation lasts around an hour to an hour and a half as we take a comprehensive look at your medical history. We will discuss your previous surgeries, health complaints and injuries leading right up to today. It’s a fact-finding mission to uncover what has lead to your current state of health or illness so that we can address the underlying factors driving your dis-ease rather than just trying to suppress symptoms.

You may then be requested to complete a food and lifestyle journal, and also be referred for further testing such as blood, stool or tissue analysis prior to the next appointment.

Personalised Protocol Presentation

At your Personalised Protocol Presentation appointment, which takes around 45 minutes, we will discuss any test results that have come back, along with your plan for moving forward. Cindy will have formulated an personalised protocol for you incorporating diet and lifestyle management, and individually formulated herbal medicines and nutriceutical therapy as required.

Follow-up Consultations

Further follow-up consultations, lasting 20-30 minutes then occur at 2-4 week intervals so that Cindy can assist you to regain your health. She is there as your coach and adviser to support you along your journey to optimising your health and reaching your personal goals, and to offer advice and assistance along the way as you encounter any personal roadblocks. She will tweak and tailor your treatment as required during these appointments to help you feel your best as soon as possible.

Acute Consultations

Short consultations for acute conditions such as coughs and colds, or for prescription repeats are available for current clients (ie people who have had an appointment with Cindy within the previous 4 months).
