It feels like that sometimes doesn’t it? Especially when you have to be dairy & soy-free too!
That’s what I thought in the early days when we first removed all three from our diet to help our daughter after her Hashimoto’s diagnosis. Little did I know that I would soon have it down pat and it would be our new normal.
Now I go through the same process with my clients, helping them navigate their way to a new lifestyle.
It can feel overwhelming and tricky at first, as it seems to be lurking everywhere ~ my Dad didn’t believe my daughter the other day when she told him it was in soy-sauce!
Because I see so many people struggle with the same problems when trying to shift away from the standard diet that we all grew up on, where it’s bread and milk at every turn, I put together a short support program to make the transition easier. Within 5 days, you’ll know everything you need to successfully go gluten-free.
I’ll take you through how to read labels and find the many places it lurks – with names that are anything but gluten!
We do a pantry purge and remove all traces of gluten from the house so that temptation is not an issue. If it’s not there, you can’t eat it right!
Then we go through other hidden sources that you might not have thought about, because you don’t actually eat them.
I’ve done all of the hard work for you, to help you make this transition as fuss-free as possible, so check out my Gluten-free for Families Workshop below and you’ll see how easy going gluten-free can really be!
