In this video, I talk about Masa – the traditional ground maize flour used in Mexican cooking.
We tend to not hear about it an awful lot over here in Australia, but in my recent trip to California in the US, it was everywhere!
I love it because you can make super quick flatbreads with it. Literally just masa and water. Mix it to a dough, press or roll it flat, and then fry it in a dry heavy based frypan (no oil).
It’s literally that simple!
