In today’s video, I talk about Tapioca flour. I’m really not a fan of it because of its ridiculously high glycaemic index and it’s pretty much completely devoid of any nutritional value whatsoever.

However, I still keep it in my pantry, so I guess you’ll just have to watch the video to find out why…
