Ingredients
- 330 g Raw Cashews
- 1 litre cold water
- 220 ml cold water extra
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight in the litre of water.
- The next day, drain them, rinse them well and drain again.
- Blend the soaked cashews, yeast flakes, lemon juice and the extra water together until smooth.
