Cashew Cream - Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Raw cashews
- 500 ml cold water
- 125 ml Water extra
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight in the 500 ml of water.
- The next day, drain them, rinse them well and drain again.
- Blend the soaked cashews, salt, vinegar and the extra water together until smooth.
