Cashew Cream - Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Raw cashews
  • 500 ml cold water
  • 125 ml Water extra
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews overnight in the 500 ml of water.
  • The next day, drain them, rinse them well and drain again.
  • Blend the soaked cashews, salt, vinegar and the extra water together until smooth.
