Ingredients
- 750 g squid hoods cleaned
Marinade
- 2 tsp ginger, fresh grated
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add squid and turn to coat.
- Marinate for 1-2 hours
- BBQ on a preheated grill on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes each side.
