Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients
- 160 g hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp rice bran syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and place the hazelnuts in a single layer on an oven tray
- Bake the hazelnuts for around 10 minutes until the skins become loose and papery.
- Tip the hazelnuts into a clean tea towel on the bench and rub them gently to remove the skins.
- Place the peeled hazelnuts and all remaining ingredients into a blender, food processor or thermomix and blend on high speed until smooth.
- Place in an air tight jar.
